• What is included with the MedTableAR package?

• The MedTableAR package includes:

  • A durable mat with a printed body map
  • Three Samsung tablets pre-programmed with the MedTableAR app
  • A roll-up mat case for easy storage and transport
  • A screencast device for displaying MedTableAR content on a secondary monitor or smartboard
  • A one-year license for the MedTableAR app

• The MedTableAR system costs $3,995, including all the components mentioned above.

• Is there an annual subscription or license fee?

• Yes, there is an annual software license fee of $350. This fee ensures you have access to the latest updates and features. Licenses may be purchased in advance if needed.

• How many students can use the MedTableAR at one time?

• The MedTableAR system can accommodate up to six students using one of the included tablets to simultaneously view and interact with the augmented reality content. (2 students per tablet, not including students following along on the smartboard)

• Can I show MedTableAR on my smartboard?

• Yes, you can use the included screencast device to connect one of the tablets to a smartboard or secondary monitor. This feature allows teachers to use MedTableAR as a lecture tool or for students to present their findings to the class.

• Will MedTableAR work on iPads or other devices?

• Currently, MedTableAR is optimized for use with the included Samsung tablets. It is not available for download on other devices.

• Can I purchase extra tablets?

• Currently, the MedTableAR is optimized to work with the included 3 tablets. Beta testing is underway for a “Pro” version that will include 6 tablets. Replacement tablets are available for purchase if one of your tablets breaks. Please contact our sales team for pricing and availability.

• Is there a warranty?

• Yes, MedTableAR comes with a one-year hardware/software warranty. Additional warranties may be available for purchase.  Please contact our customer support for specific details regarding warranty coverage and duration.
